Succession Game Hall of Fame

Let's look back at the forum's glorious past of succession games. Lately there hasn't been much activity or interest in the forum, but perhaps this could spark a new adventure somewhere around the globe, even on an older version of the game.

Unfortunately a lot of the screenshots in the threads have been lost, so it's difficult to dig up all the information. I gathered most of the graphics I still had on my computer. There's plenty more to add. Anyone is welcome to contribute, like suggestions what or whom should be included.

Awesome post. Love it...

Love my boy Munoz getting a mention too, despite the Lance Armstrong-eqsue scanner that erupted around the Chelmsford Squad around the time of Pablo's resignation from the top job. Interesting to note that Munoz had the second highest average rating in that all time XI...but there was no clutch player like Vinet - and it was easier for guys like Juric and Munoz to dominate on a side that that was full of stars and constantly winning. Vinet started as a kid leading a lower tier side up a division each season. An absolute god, and somebody who I'm fairly sure was cleared of any wrong doing in the doping case.

Who was the young Aussie centre back? I'm disappointed he isn't on the bench for the all time XI...that said nobody else seemed to like him as much as me.

I think the Australian CB's name was Josh Chlamovski or something.

I'm surprised Vinet never won a Ballon d'Or or World Player of the Year award. There's a certain tragedy to him because of his injury-proness which I like. I think Shifty compared him to Van Basten before, which I think is a great comparison.

He reminded me of Thierry Henry for some reason. But during his Arsenal days.

Football Manager picks awards based too much on reputation which is largely based on CA. He definitely deserved at least one Ballon d'Or

I have a sawsall, and picked up a 14" chop saw the other day. I think Im going to take it back and exchange for a metal cutting band saw.

What do you guys use?
