Sudden problem

Hi all,
I installed fifa 2009 from five days and it was working fine.
But suddenly, i can't start it.
all what is happened after double click on exe file, black screen appears then disappears quickly without any error messages.
I tried to uninstall it then make fresh installing, but the problem is still there.
can any one help me in this issue ...?
