About Pinilla I wrote something on this thread, it's a just a matter of searching a bit.

Tello is an OK player, but like Pinilla, he's not playing very much.
I like him when he plays left back, like last season, but when he plays in the midfield, well, let's just say that Sporting has many better players in that position.
