sideswipe92, i know that some people could be harsh sometimes, but i don't think it's nice from you to come here, as a newbie, to tell to experienced moders and users your great idea, and ask those people to make YOUR idea become real, while yourself don't know almost anything about modding... do you really think that moders, in 2013, don't ever wanted to make a superb mod, with any league in the world? Unfortunately, FIFA it's more restrictive year after year... I understand how exciting is to discover the possibility to mod one of your favorite games, and find a huge community of moders probably blow up your mind. But this is not a excuse to start posting anything you want without doing a big and good research about the subject first... About the Peru league, some peruvian Fifa community, probably, already has done the work... try to make a research with google.
