And tell me this, how often do you see 7 goals in international football? Well, you definitely won't see it from Italy!

Wow, you're talking Euro 2000? You're not aware that Germany's football program has been dramatically turned around by Voeller (since you forgot, Ribbeck was a poor coach who know one respected)...so, keep living in the past, my friend.

And what about Israel and Ukraine not being in the WC? Are you aware that their region is more difficult to qualify from? Whereas the US and Mexico are almost always guaranteed a berth in the World Cup finals?

Sorry, but you have to keep up with German football before you use history to criticize them.

And, and might I add that Holland also failed to be in the World Cup? Are you say they're bad at football? Not likely.

And then again, look at the some of countries in the World Cup: Costa Rica, South Korea, Mexico...I've seen them play recently in the Gold Cup with their World Cup squads, and I have to tell you, that was some BAD FOOTBALL!

the US is a good nation. I never said they weren't. But what you're saying is that Israel aren't considered a good football country...and all I said was that the US wasn't CONSIDERED a good football nation either. And yet, Italy scraped by with a single goal, yet Germany thrash 7 goals to nil.

And they aren't a bad team at all. They are much better than Germany, imho! :)

Wow, you're really digging yourself deeper and deeper into crap.

Yes, Germany 1, England 5. But before that, England 0, Germany 1. And before that, Germany had a successful qualifying campaign. Against Finland, they drew, but against Ukraine, they thrashed. The 4-1 victory over the Ukraine was more recent, and the 7-1 victory over Israel shows that Germany has found its form.

And the Germany you saw (or probably didn't) against England on Sept 1 was really outshone by England who happened to be on good form that night. Yet, England has failed to impress in any of its World Cup qualifiers, and that 5-1 scoreline was really a fluke, and wouldn't happen again.

But the problem with people like you is that you try to argue on your limited knowledge of German football. All you know about Germany is their 1-5 loss to England...but that's all you know.

And don't bring up the Euro, because that was so long ago, and with a totally different football approach, and coach.

ZePenguin and IceBlue, before I call you "morons," what has England done after that match? They couldn't do **** against Albania, and got thrashed by Holland. So, keep living in the past...that's what Germany wants all of its opponents to do.

Ok, so England wins one match against Germany 5-1...both teams today definitely don't show that same form. Germany now wins its games, and England can manage draws...

I would love to see another England Germany match so it would teach you England-supporters that you can't live in the past...and it would also teach you football morons that the Germany-England match wasn't representative of Germany...look at Germany's other scores if you want from their qualification campaign, and recent friendly.

Let me remind you that I only adivesed you to not get that excited after today's win, because Israel isn't a good side.

You replied with a comparison between Germany and Israel versus Italy and USA. Then you tried contradicted yourself. Why? To hide you initial mistake: USA is not CONSIDERED to be a good side but THEY ARE! Israel is not CONSIDERED to be a good side and THEY AREN'T!
Thus, more merit for Italy, because they beat a truly good team!

ZePenguin, I KNOW you're not this narrowminded. I was using the historic matchup as an example for INFESTA because he was the moron using the Euro 2000 as proof of Germany's feebleness.

Now, what you did, you proved that you're just as low on the IQ tree as INFESTA.
