Tackling, cards, etc...

Does anyone else find that it is very easy to perform tackles that get you carded. I'm finding that I'm getting on average about 7 yellows and 4 reds a game. I do have the game time set to 20 minutes but I used to get at least 1 or 2 reds per game when I played on the default length. Is this just a problem with my style of play or is anyone else finding it a problem?

Hehe, me too. I always get a red card and makes a penalty, and it's very frustrating. But I think I just have to calm down with my tackles, because many of them are well deserved. But the peanalties; I NEVER managed to tackle a player in the penalty-area without making a penalty, and many of them really never should be a penalty.

for me cards are very rare. I guess it just depends on style. If you go out there and intend to kill them, you probably wont get away with much

For some reason i dont get cards, and some of my tackles are RUTHLESS.

Probably because you have cards off ttwellman. If you can consider a tackle ruthless then its definately a yellow in Euro 2004

I just played a 45min. game (and I'm NEVER going to do it again) and got 4 players sent of and absolutely everyone got a yellow card except form the goalie. And I lost the game 4-6, and I didn't have any players in attack (except from Henry) because they were sent off.

I played a 10 minute match and this time i went out and tried to kill everyone!! I got 4 reds and 6 yellows!! I guess if you try to kill them, you get the card.
