Taking Rail Around UK

Help?

Fan Favourite
I need to travel from London to Sunderland and back on March 30th. Whats the best cheapest way to do that? Are UK rail prices pretty stable and standard? I saw something roundtrip for like 100 pounds!

Nothing is stable and standard in the UK!

Checking The TrainLine shows prices to be £122 return to go there and back on the same day, but if you can hang around until Sunday morning, it will be about £91

Look on www.thetrainline.com

Sorry I don't catch trains south of Queen Street Station so I therefore have no idea about getting to Sunderland - or London for that matter.
