i noticed something on that thread about editing players appearences. do they appear different in the FIFA matches and can u loan players out 2 other clubs?

It's possible to loan out decent players. It's near impossible to loan in decent players when you're in the lower divisions because none of the players wants to come to your club even on loan. This was not the case in TCM 2003 and it's very frustrating as a lower league manager especially when you don't want to buy.
