Team/League creation and menu logos

Perhaps someone else has had this problem and knows how to fix it.

Within Creation Centre, I can create several leagues and the teams within those leagues but each time I import the league's or team's individual menu logo, the logo always appears the same.

In other words, I can create ten teams with individual logos but all ten teams will have the same logo in the menu section.

The same things happens with each created league.

Also, when I import mini-kits, the very same logo that appeared in the team/league menu also appears in the mini-kit.

Yes, the problems continue with the newest version of CC.

I've even done a fresh install of FIFA2005 and CC, to no avail.

My CC worked great for months until I upgraded my Windows from 98 to XP, due to my purchase of an Ipod.
