Van Der Vaart is back in the team I think, now Danny Blind is the coach.
On the training they played with the "number 10" position again, wich is of course Van Der Vaart's position, and he played there on the training.
I'm happy to see him back, I still think he's a great player.

Rafael's father told the media that van der Vaart will NEVER wear the PSV shirt! Out of respect for the fans and for the club.
And Raffie listens very well to his father believe me and if v.d.V sr says it's not going to happen then you can be sure that it will not happen

Van der Vaart made it clear that a transfer to PSV definitely is not going to happen and it's out of the question.

It's clear that Blind gives the players more confidence and they are enjoying the training again, this is a very good sign cause a few seasons ago Ajax was a real team in and off the pitch. That was the reason why Chivu was considering to come back to Amsterdam and he missed that in Rome.

Id liek to see Blind lead them to a win against PSV, but i think itll be a draw, there is the Amstel Cup to win still, so the campain isnt lost yet, and they stil have a long shot at the title if they do win sunday.

And if VDV leaves Ajax, it wont be for another dutch side, itll be for Barca or The Premiership or something like that.

Voetbal International is reporting that this will be Anastasiou's last season. Not unexpected but still surprising.

Not really surprised about that, I knew that Blind was not a big fan of him and he wants younger players in the future squad and some big names. If they can sell Anastasiou, Maxwell, Trabelsi and maybe van der Vaart at the end of the season they can get a high price and buy some top players.

Let's face it this season is over after the beating against PSV, what a bloody disgrace it was really embarassing and I left the stadium halfway in the 2nd half unbelievable
You can't blame the coach really, he's not a magician and he needs time to rebuild the team from within.

Voetbal Insite (Johan Derksen) just reports that the Ajaxboard will have a meeting tomorrownight about the position of director Arie van Eijden because all trainers that left Ajax (v. Basten, Koeman etc) had a bad taste in their mouth and ppl want to know why.
I really hope that they fire his ass!! Bybye Arie and take that Fat ass Jaakke with you

Young Ajax beats young PSV with 3-0
Now that's how it should be done and guess what..?
Nigel de Jong scored twice and the 2nd one was a beauty!!!
The third goal was made by Stanley Aborah who played two games for Ajax 1.
A few First team players joined the 2nd team: de Ridder, de Jong, Lindgren (captain), Anastasiou, Obodai and Urby Emanuelson.

Well done lads, at least you show how to play football!
