There was this rumour re Koscielny to Real as Rambos replacement...most likely and hopefully, bullshit. It would destroy all the good things being done. Arsenal are downright horrendous without Kos.

I remember him being linked to them like a week or two or who remembers ago. I've never seen him play I think, but I still kind of know what he's like and he should be a decent fit.
Wouldn't put it past Wenger not signing anyone for the DM position and trying to challenge for the title with Coquelin, though.

Okay from what I know he's a good tackler, is quite physical (which means that he's difficult to dispossess), good passer (but usually goes for the safer ones, don't expect a Pirlo-esque player), disciplined player, decent on the ball (while his movement might look a little weird), tactically alright and good at positioning, reportedly good at starting counter-attacks and some have compared him to a young undeveloped Vieira.
Now to the not-so-good parts, he lacks pace, not very good offensively, can struggle against really good playmakers etc.
Anyway he's 23 years old, plays as a DM, usually at the lowest point in the midfield trio, is really talented and full of potential and could grow massively over the next few years at the right club under the right manager. That's about it I think, at least I don't remember anything else about him right now.
EDIT: For further information I don't have the time or will to watch every league or team because of a player that I'm interested about. And I don't like to base my conclusions on one game. So I tend to ask or read about those players from the right sources (which I at least believe to be).

But I'm not going to delete this! I believe it was somebody from Real Madrid... Or it might have even been Barcelona, saying that they'd rather take home La Liga than UCL. Yeah it was you guys I'm absolutely certain, so my response to the sentence that you never said actually makes sense.
