do u use CM14?
if so i belive theres is a tool tab at top click on that should see regenerate click it wait for it to finished then click save in cm14 and ur done

Have you tried checking if you placed accessory_14_0.rx3 in game/data/sceneassets/accesory? to me sounds like the problem is that you don´t have the model there, because if it´s there and you choose the accessory 14 in db for a non specific player you get the socks like CR7 used whe he was playing in Manchester, and for a specific player you ger magista or superfly socks

well, i think you should redownload rout´s magista files extract only the accessory_14_0.rx3 file and place it in the correct folder, then regenerate using CM14 or i68Regenerator, because your texture files work the model is the problem

You are welcome, regarding to your question no, moddingway mod would only need to be reinstalled if it could not read the texture files of anything in the game: kits, boots, faces, that is not the case here, so just redownload, extract the only file you need to the right path, check that is actually there along with the texures, regenerate bh with CM14 and play if that does not work, you may need to reinstall everything, FIFA 14, CM14, Moddingway Mod, i don´t know if you need it that bad, but you are running out of options

Yobeta´s problem was that he did not placed accessory_14_0.rx3 in the correct folder or if he did the file was corrupt, just download rout´s magista boots and extract that file, rebuild with CM14 and play, that´s if you are only getting the magista and superfly texture on the normal ankletape
