We might be a bit screwed for the first CL game then Mad Jens is banned and Aluminium is injuried at the moment step up that new Italian guy

I've heard Viera's transfer to Arsenal has fallen through since he's failed his medical.

First it was rumored that he had a problem in his arm, but now they're saying it's something in his hip (which apparently we knew about, although it's the first I've heard of it).

Either way, I'd say he's better off not joining Arsenal. Viera will need first team football if he's to improve, and despite Wenger's comments, I somehow doubt he'd of replaced Lehman for any particularly important match.

I hear Everton is interested though...

Thanks for the info, I think also part of the reason why he failed his medical was because how short he actually was when compared to what was being said about him (according to reports, anyway). Apparently he was no taller than Ashley Cole. :o We knew he was short, but not that short.

Bye Bentley. He was good but he'd not get in ahead of any first teamer.

Now. Wenger said he's still in the market for a goalkeeper. I'm hoping it's Isaksson.

Sebastian Viera fail his medical exam because a "quiste" (i dont know in english), the Arsenal medical team and Wenger aprobed the transfer, but two medics (outside Arsenal) said no to the buy. It´s a pitty for him, for Nacional (Viera´s club and my club :D ) and for Arsenal too.
Remember his name, he will be one of the best GK´s in the world in the next few years.
Again it´s a pitty (N)
