I can't say because it depends of the Liga ZON Sagres Patch.
I have a couple of unreleased kits(Portugal League), when I finish it I might return with the previous list.

1-Run the setup has administrator;
2-Select your FIFA 13 folder;
3-It will start installing.
4(If you want minifaces for all players, skip to the next step)-On the end of the setup, check "launch program" box. It will open Fifa13 i68Regenerator UL 3.1.1 and check all boxes and regenerate;
5(Optional but recommended)-Install File Master 12, select FIFA 13 Folder and regenerate the game.
6-Have Fun!!!
