I wouldn't equate not having an ass to not having a personality. In a one-night stand I would much prefer the ass to the personality, in a girlfriend or a friend, it's the other way around.

Not having a sense of humor is closer. I originally thought it would be ass/dick, but girls don't care about that stuff as much as we do. So we need to find a disqualifier that needs to be relevant to one-night stands. That disqualifies my 3rd option, money, and leaves us with sense of humor as the definitive answer.
