wait... so basically she is an epileptic or something and freaks at night? Cuz on the movie previews at the Cave today there were demons and sh1t stuff in Emily Rose. Or is that all just her imagination?

If someone needs an exorcism performed on them it means they are possessed by a demon. Just like in the film the exorcist, the girl had a demon inside of her so they call the priest to come and exercise it out. The only difference is that this is a true story.

I don't get it... demons in a true story? That seems like an oxymoron to me. :p

I don't know I haven't seen the film or read anything about the events.

I know that the girl becomes posessed, a priest comes to exercise the demon and during the exorcism she dies. After that, the girls mother and the priest are accused of manslaughter.

yep. I read about that too. so that she dies is not a big spoiler as the movie will be all about the trial of the priest.

I just came back form watching it. (Y)

I really liked it, the way the made Emily Rose look and act when shes possesed was amazing. (Y) But man, she went through some freaky sh*T.

THIS MOVE SUCKED!!!

The entire movie is focused on the trial of the preist and not really Emily Rose. It takes a full 20 minutes(at least it felt that way) before we see anything that has to do with the exorcism. I would go see it just for the big exorcism scene in the middle, these movies are not made too often, so go see it anyway. But you wont be scared, or even very creeped out.
