Well it seems that Robin van Persie has sustained an injury yesterday and his appearance for sunday is very doubtfull, no Henry as well so Arsenal is handicapped, United can play with Ole for Giggsy like yesterday.
van Persie is one of the best for them so it's a big loss for Arsenal .

Could be Wenger playing games.
I'll only believe it when the game starts and they ain't standing on the pitch.

Unfortunately, our defence have a tendency to switch off against "lesser" opponents, so I hope we don't underestimate them even if Henry and VP dont play.

Why did he fall over then? He took a tumble. If it wasn't a dive he should of stayed on his feet. He also wouldn't of injured himself.

Well he actually injured himself whilst running and fell because of it. If you watch the reply he winces and his leg buckles, so it wasn't actually a dive.

I'm a Man Utd fan but the penalty decision was a disgrace, isn't this ref part of the refeering elite as well? It just gets worse...

Giggs is not that type of player...it certainly wasnt a penalty he just tumbled. Don't try to question us when ur own player did an oscar award winning act..

In the light of the injuries to Park and Giggs,I think we will stick to 4-2-3-1 for the time being.
I was playing WE10 and came up with a solid formation.

-------------------------VDS------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------
--Gaz----------Ferdinand------Brown-----Silvestre---
-----------------------------------------------------
----------------Carrick---------Fletcher--------------
-----------------------------------------------------
-------Ronaldo---------Scholes--------Rooney--------
-----------------------------------------------------
------------------------Saha------------------------

Carrick and Fletcher in their natural positions.Ronaldo and Rooney would do damage coming from the flanks and Scholes in his favourite 'hole' position ala Zidane!

Well I guess that solves it then..

Not bad, The formation is very good but I really don't rate Fletcher as a great central midfielder. However, if you move Scholes back to central midfield, put Ole on the wings and move Rooney to the middle forward position (while giving him the option to roam freely) it would add a potent forward attack while maintaining a solid Central Midfield.

Example

-------------------------VDS------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------
--Gaz----------Ferdinand------Brown-----Silvestre---
-----------------------------------------------------
----------------Carrick---------Scholes--------------
-----------------------------------------------------
-------Ronaldo---------------------------Ole--------
------------------------------Rooney--------------------
------------------------Saha------------------------

Also, for substitutions Evra can be used to add pace if Ole proves to be ineffective or sub Fletcher in and go to Phrase's formation.

Thats a good one Horatio...either way I think we would be sticking to the 4-2-3-1 formation. Its working wonders...A plus for us is that Ronaldo,Rooney,Ole can all switch positions in the 3 forwards role...We should give the young Arsenal backline a hard time.

Well I was right regarding van Persie, he confirmed it himself when A Dutch journalist asked him about it but he will try anything to make it to the game this weekend (:/)

Ahh, gotta love the mind games, and Phrase you're right the 4-3-2-1 is working which kinda surprises me because in the past, anything but a 4-4-2 wouldn't work for United.

Your saying that like your trying to be sarcastic, which is the height or irony considering your home nation is the motherland of diving.
