Here is an article I found just now.

Portuguese prosecutors to charge 171 in match-fixing

LISBON: Prosecutors in Portugal are set to charge 171 people, including the head of the football league and dozens of referees, following a year-long investigation into alleged match-fixing, a daily newspaper Correio da Manha reported on Friday.

The president of former European champions Porto, Jorge Nuno Pinto da Costa, is one of 27 officials from mostly second-tier clubs who will be charged with corruption over the coming days, it said citing a document obtained from prosecutors in the northern city of Gondomar.

He was summoned to answer questions in December after police searched his home and his club’s stadium as part of their “Golden Whistle” probe.

Also set to be indicted is the president of northern First Division club Gondomar, Joao Loureiro, as well as a total of 110 referees, including eight who operate in the First Division, the newspaper said.

Well, Slovakia decided to screw up and give us a help by drawing 1-1 with Latvia today. This means we only need to draw in one of the 2 home games we'll have next month, the first against Liechtenstein and the 2nd against Latvia.

So, if a catastrophe doesn't happen, on October 8th, against Liechtenstein, we'll be celebrating our WC qualification. :)

I think we can safely say that we are qualified. I don´t see us screwing up twice against Liechtenstein and Latvia. I think that it´s the first time that we dont need to use our math. We had a lucky draw with this group but we can also say that we made things easy with our competent performances ( i´m pleased with our qualifying campaign, we had some memorable moments like the 7-1 against Russia in Alvalade XXI).
