well, pharmacy being my profession, I wouldn't recommend that..

if you want pain free ass-fucking, get a lidocaine containing lubricant (actually any lidocaine cream would work because the cream phase would work as a lubricant and no further lubrication would be needed) and some chlorhexidine digluconate sprey for the sake of your penis (you can do the sanitizing afterwards in the bathroom if you're too embarrased to do it in front of your partner, but you need to do it full stop.. seriously although as much as I enjoy ass fucking, I've stopped doing this shit because you simply wont want a penis infection and/or cancer..)

well; logic dictates if no sperm would go through a condom, bacteria or any virus won't be able to penetrate either..

but personally, I would anyway..

I'm gonna enable newbie_original mode on now.. smallest known bacteria is approx. 22 microns.. but viruses are much more smaller, HIV virus is 0.1 microns for example.. and pores of latex condoms are about 5 microns.. so it's gonna filtrate any bacteria if it stays intact; but viruses like HIV, or chlamydia would go through.. it doesn't mean you're infected %100 if they go through but, the risk is there..

yeah that's the case..

it might depend on the type and quality of the condom, but I doubt anyone would get themselves into the trouble of making condoms with pores less than 0.1.. it's a seriously tiny amount and condoms are invented to prevent pregnancy, not STDs.. sperm cells are something like 50 microns (or 150 microns) if I recall right..

so on a second thought, it's daft to wear condoms during anal sex )
