I have been campaigning for it for a while and think it could be in the offing. I do wonder what sort of preparation people due in terms of clean-up because I feel like if the penis gets dirty it will be a turn-off for both parties but there's you can really only shove TP so far.

I'm waiting for scholar Skip to give his input.

You love a bloody dick, is this any worse? To be fair, this is why i use a dom

well, pharmacy being my profession, I wouldn't recommend that..

it's simply an anti inflammatory preparate and not a particularly good one either..

if you want pain free ass-fucking, get a lidocaine containing lubricant (actually any lidocaine cream would work because the cream phase would work as a lubricant and no further lubrication would be needed) and some chlorhexidine digluconate sprey for the sake of your penis (you can do the sanitizing afterwards in the bathroom if you're too embarrased to do it in front of your partner, but you need to do it full stop.. seriously although as much as I enjoy ass fucking, I've stopped doing this shit because you simply wont want a penis infection and/or cancer..)

plus, lidocaine would prevent premature ejaculation..

and use a condom like Alex does.. which I dont, because I dont like latex anywhere in my life..

Lidocaine completely numbs though, you don't want that. You just want it not to hurt too much....

The cleanliness stuff though, I completely agree with.

well; logic dictates if no sperm would go through a condom, bacteria or any virus won't be able to penetrate either..

but personally, I would anyway..

I'm gonna enable newbie_original mode on now.. smallest known bacteria is approx. 22 microns.. but viruses are much more smaller, HIV virus is 0.1 microns for example.. and pores of latex condoms are about 5 microns.. so it's gonna filtrate any bacteria if it stays intact; but viruses like HIV, or chlamydia would go through.. it doesn't mean you're infected %100 if they go through but, the risk is there..

Incorrect. Latex gloves have pores upto 5 microns, however condoms are double dipped latex, hence smaller pores.

HIV would also usually be carried by bodily fluids (in this case semen), and it sticks to itself very well, meaning it is very very unlikely that it would leak through such a hole.

Finally, even if the HIV could fit through the hole by itself, the virus would have to happen to coincide with where one of the pores in the condom was, then be forced through. This is all very unlikely.

Not impossible, but pretty close to it.

With period sex, by the time you actually see the mess you're already done. With a first-time anal there would be much more stop-start which would allow the couple to see it and get turned off or embarrassed.

Also the odds of you developing a HIV infection from one virus particle isn't great

well it's your call SG.. either you take health advice from a car rental agent, or an health professional :D

joking aside; considering the fact that you dont stick your penis right up to your partners ass before any foreplay, you could get HIV infection way before you are in her anus or vagina..

I also said it depends on the quality of the condom; but for me it can happen if it is even %0.1 possible, and if the consequences are so earnest (I'm not only talking about HIV here; Chlamydia, Herpes or Hepatitis is just as bad) I personally take it very seriously.. I dont get laid with random people I meet in a bar, and if she has so much tattoo and piercings in her body and if she's too easy to get laid, it's a big turn off for me..

so Mandieta6, don't turn it off completely.. to be honest, nothing beats cumming into a girl's bum.. it's a perfect sense of ownage.. but make sure to know your partner you experience this with.. use a condom if you dont mind, and just clean your penis with hand sanitizers containing chlorhexidine afterwards.. it completely kills all virus and bacteria..

I was talking about relieving your partner's ass pain when I adviced lidocaine..

use it with condom and it does wonders.. if it numbs too much for you, just mix it with lubricants to a certain degree that match your needs..

So what you're saying is the countless advertisement campaigns that urge people to use condoms for the purpose of not transmitting AIDS are wrong?

yeah let's see..

do you think your 10k Kia has "power to surprise"?.. do you think you can have whiter teeth by brushing it with a specific brand of toothpaste? do you think Coca-Cola is good for your digestion, or even refreshing? you think splenda is just awesome because it has no chemical compounds?

would you have sex with Emma Watson, knowing that she is HIV+?

So who is manufacturing this "condoms stops AIDS" propaganda then?

that's an irrelevant question.. either you're fucking with me or you're extremely stupid.. if you want the answer, look for it on the internet..

I can provide some clinical findings if you're interested though.

The main findings of studies we look at in more detail below are as follows:

##Condoms used 100% of the time, though not necessarily 100% perfectly (i.e. with usual rates of breakage and slippage) provide protection of 80 to 85% against HIV (uncertainty range: 76 to 93%). In other words, for every 100 cases of HIV infection that would happen without condom use, about 15 (range: 7 to 24) would happen when condoms are used consistently.

##Condoms offer a similar degree of protection against gonorrhoea.

##They offer protection in the range of about 50 to 66% against syphilis, though this depends on factors such as the location of primary syphilis lesions.

##They provide protection against chlamydia and trichomoniasis of a similar or somewhat smaller degree, with different studies showing protection rates varying from 85 to 26%.

##Against genital herpes (HSV-2), estimates of efficacy range considerably; studies are hampered by the fact that people with herpes are only intermittently symptomatic and/or infectious. The best estimate we have is that using condoms more than three-quarters of the time halves the chance of acquiring HSV-2, and may reduce the chances of genital infection with the cold sore virus (HSV-1) too.

##One study has demonstrated that consistent condom use offers women significant protection against HPV infection by men (in the region of 73%). Another has found that condom use helps to prevent HPV infection progressing to cervical or penile cancer in both women and men.

I'm not a car rental agent?

And it's "a" health professional, as the h isn't silent it's a consonant, so you don't say an.

I did say it was still possible, but it's extremely unlikely. Bigger chance of the condom breaking
