The Wizard's Stadiums - Stadio San Paolo RELEASE (#2368)

I learned that recently, what I do is make the lights and export. These coordinates goes to the core part. Than I duplicate the lights and export again, copy and paste the coordinates at the cross part.

Is that correct @gonzaga ?

thanks for the tip, i usually make the lights, after that i export them and i copy the coordinates into a FIFA 16 glare file like the conversion from FIFA 14...i don't really understand all the steps for this crossing process but maybe i will give it a try in the future...;)
In the lights file that you use for template should be particle group named "glares_croos" or something like that. You should copy and paste the coordinate from the cross group of your exported glares file into this group. Right below this cross coordinates of the template file are the orientation values:
Code:
<parameter name="vOrientationMean" index="0" value="{0.7, 0, 0, 0}" />
                <parameter name="vOrientationMean" index="1" value="{2.27, 0, 0, 0}" />
                <parameter name="vOrientationMean" index="2" value="{0.7, 0, 1, 0}" />
                <parameter name="vOrientationMean" index="3" value="{2.27, 0, 1, 0}" />
                <parameter name="vOrientationMean" index="4" value="{0.7, 0, 2, 0}" />
                <parameter name="vOrientationMean" index="5" value="{2.27, 0, 2, 0}" />
                <parameter name="vOrientationMean" index="6" value="{0.7, 0, 3, 0}" />
                <parameter name="vOrientationMean" index="7" value="{2.27, 0, 3, 0}" />
                <parameter name="vOrientationMean" index="8" value="{0.7, 0, 4, 0}" />
                <parameter name="vOrientationMean" index="9" value="{2.27, 0, 4, 0}" />
                <parameter name="vOrientationMean" index="10" value="{0.7, 0, 5, 0}" />
                <parameter name="vOrientationMean" index="11" value="{2.27, 0, 5, 0}" />
                <parameter name="vOrientationMean" index="12" value="{0.7, 0, 6, 0}" />
                 ........................................................................................................................................................
Make sure their number corresponds to the number of the cross group coordinates. If you have 400 cross units you should have the same number of orientation units.

If it works this way, then good. I just create "glares" and "cross" groups in the blender file and put one lamp in glares and two in cross. You can name them whatever you want of course.

I really love your work and my only advice would be to use more elements from EA stadiums as for example trees, surroundings etc. Because your definitely right: the tribunes are looking amazing but the challenge is the environment and at the end I think the best way is to use the things that EA give us.

Also, base around the pitch from EA stadiums looks much much better and makes stadiums more live (different color grass, carpet, or even field track). Many stadiums with custom-made base look like the ball is floating, or ugly and old low-resolution textures from PES 6.

But as always it's better to have anything than nothing.

I am done with Carl-Benz-Stadion, sent to The Wizard. Up next is Hänsch-Arena of SV Meppen...
Tournament version almost finished. I must fix some small things and then I can create the league version.

@The Wizard @gonzaga and others - I wonder - are there any EA material names you guys use ? ofcourse we have a pitch , banneraway/home and so on. And we have a glass for example, do we have some others which might take effect also ? Like a conrete or iron or so ?

Rudolf-Harbig-Stadion Update by Nisoley

Hi together,

the next stadium is ready and this time it is a very necessary update of Dynamo Dresden's home stadium. The model itself is very good, but I fixed a lot of bugs, changed the sponsors and added a lot of new things. A special thanks goes to @STrent who really created every graphic and made the incredible details possible. As always there is a league and tournament version.

There are few that I'm using for FIFA 14 stadiums, but in FIFA 16 they cause texture bugs. I use rubbershadow and concreteshadow if I want the props (police, stewards...) to cast shadows on the ground. Material name glass to me gives a bug that results in EA's logo appearing on the object that uses this material name, In the I/E manual there is a table with the materials and averyone can experiment. With so many years behind I still haven't done that yet :)
