Wolf, i think the starting line up that Melkor wrote down is not correct. Because for the match of tomorrow there are a couple of players with an injury and that's why Melkor wrote down some other players.
This should be changed in the starting line up from Melkor:
Van Nistelrooy instead of Makaay.
Robben instead of Yildirim (for sure, nobody knows if Yildirim is starting tomorrow. Would be his first time in the Dutch team)
Ooijer instead of Boulahrouz
All the other players looks correct. But maybe cocu and davids should also be in the starting line up.
I'm not sure which players the replace so keep them out.

Still Ooijer wasn't selected even though he is fit, and Boulahrouz is (I prefer Ooijer myself too, but I'm not the one in charge). Robben is a LWF and Yildirim a RWF so I think it would be Robben-Van Nistelrooy-Yildirim if Van Basten finally lives up to his promise of playing with real wingers

ANSWER: The scale used in the game is not 0 = no shot power and 99 = light speed. 55 is still a hard shot as you will find if you let the power bar max out and let a shot rip. The difference between a 50 power shot and 99 power shot is probably the difference between a 70mph shot and a 80mph shot. The chances are that you wouldn't even notice. Just like with passing strength. There is no way if you hold the pass button down that you can tell the difference between a player who has 70 for passing speed and 95 for passing speed. The scale is so small in terms of changes in these kind of attributes that if you didn't make an effort to look up the numbers you wouldn't even notice.
That said, I think Ruud is more of a finesse finisher anyway. His shot power is definately not what it once was...besides, I think Wolf is just transferring the stats straight from FM2005.
All told, it's obviously your choice to use it or not, but with all up-to-date squads, I'm not going to worry too much about a stat here and there. If I find a stat I don't like, I'll just change it myself!
well some stats and special abilities are a bit
(why do so many strikers have playmaker ability) but i think overall they are good,the only thing im worried about is balance in ml,for example reyes stats are now brilliant but because his growth wont change he'll be 99 on everything in less than a yearbecause of this para_we8.bin stuff but i'll still use it as there isn't any decent alternative,plus the new formations and players add excelent freshness to it allRussia team is very outdated in PES4.
