I use Ireland Rep. hotspots for Paraguay and I modified shorts number position only.

This tip is to make white the back number (front number not tested) in fifa 22. You need edit hotspots file number 0: jersey team, put here same numbers (x,y,z,w) that have the number you want change and ready.
Working in game...
