I made these kits for Montenegro. Unfortunately, I don't know exactly what it is on the shoulders. It appears to be a twig or something similar. If you have a better idea, I can send you a psd so that you can improve it yourself. Currently, imgur does not allow me to share photos.

About shoulders I don't know, it's very hard to find this kit but seems that all is yellow, not sure if you have some image.

Some screenshots of what is coming. I'm selecting the most similar game face for every player, adding some tattoo styles, updating squads, selecting most similar real stadium and adding name, deleting some club graphics of stadiums, adding managers with real face.... is a lot of work and time. I want upload a short video soon! I think the result will be a great experience for international football fifa fans.

I will use Japan fifa 21 kits and I have Iran, Morocco and Senegal kits by @robmar85 I think. I will need adapt them to fifa 22 only.
