Anyway, It's just a challenge coz I did the same thing for PES2012 and it be called "league server" but unfortunately added league can be used in exhibition mode only.
After few hours debuging I find out FIFA has same principle and seem like we can add more league(s).

Well I hope you get it working, modding is a pain in the ass right now and not too stable even when you do get something working.

Hi jenkey, your Fifa File Explorer doesn't work by me! It says: Line 9100 Error (D:\GIOCHI\EA Sports\Fifa File Explorer.exe). I've Windows 7 on my PC!

Wow, happy to see you here jenkey. Hope you can crack the problem about added leagues can not be used in CM except replacing other league IDs, as maybe it will still exist in FIFA13 too.

How about some instructions for those unfamiliar with this program?
Instructions like "drag and drop file here for open" are not good for beginners with this program (what file? from where? ...).

sbs files contains chants,commentary and other audio stuff.

I guess I need the help of some expert in audio coding. I have been able to understand the structure of .sbr files, they are just a kind of descriptor for locating the actual sounds that are in the .sbs file (e.g. ita_it.sbs) It is also possible to recognize in .sbs some chunks of data starting with a 2 bytes chunk descriptor followed by the size of the chunk in 2 bytes. I found 3 type of chunks:
data starting with 0x48 0x00 describe the sampling rate and other parameters and it is always the first chunk of each sound.
data starting with 0x45 0x00 are just the sound terminator.
data starting with 0x44 0x00 are the actual audio data but they are compressed in a form I cannot figure out.

Opening a .sbs file with an hex editor I think you can easily recognize the chunk identifiers. The question is: which is the format used by 0x44 0x00 chunks to encode audio data ?

Great work but I get a question, as I delete files I need to delete the file and xml fifa_ng_db to work with my fifa folder and I created abroad, such as deleting those two files with this program?

Can you use this tool to edit player potentials? I can do it with file master and dB master but its a very long winded process.

I really found it a shame that Creation Master 12 doesn't have the option
