There's nothing Topik can do about it. You either have to use the legs models I uploaded or not use the boots at all

Eh, you ruined boots for all of us mate. It was obvious from the start that forcing custom legs won't benefit anyone but you. Why don't you take into account that using them limits us from using all other boots made throughout last couple of years? This is terrible decision, it already was hard to go back to FIFA16 but you made it even harder. Thanks.

@pao4ever made a lot of new boots as he used to say he has no desire to share them here on the forum and @pao4ever which made almost all models for new legs.

I stated precisely why - because it limits use of boots to only recent couple of models. All the other boots from 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 - are now not compatible, because vanilla and pre-2019/2020 models can't coexist with updated legs. The trade off is not worth it. Also ac12's leg model was buggy in 2016 and is buggy today - the leg and shoe models clip during animations more evidently which is annoying.

Obviously you haven't bothered testing them. New legs are very much fine with old and new shoes. And for really old boots, like the magista or the superflies, ac had included updated models that suit the new legs. There are a lot of people that are using these legs without issues while there is a single guy whinning about them

That's true, but I think I've never seen anyone using ankle tapes by the default db. And nowadays players seem to have replaced them with that mini sock. Of course there would be downsides, but the pluses are more. In the vanilla legs, the ankle had the shins look like tubes

i use ankle tapes , and not rhe default ones. someone did ankle tapes which look much better, downloaded them long time ago, and they are close to the look of cutted socks or minisocks the players use today. and so it's a shame that i can't use the new boots.
