Tournament mod problem FIFA 14

Hello my problem is this and when I want to enter the tournament mode in my FIFA 14 I get the message "loading" and once the dialog box disappears you go back to the initial menu of FIFA 14. You know what can be the erro and if there is any solution in this regard? My operating system is Windows 10 64-bit.
