Training Objectives 1.Why are they stuck at 100% for so long, like some of my defenders have been on 100% speed for weeks now? 2. What is the playing level good for? 3. Should you focus on different skills or playing level (defense/mid/attack) 4. Players level up in different skills like heading regardless of having that as a training objective, so what do putting training objectives like heading give us? P.S sorry for bad english.
