Transfer My Career Mode

Hi guys

Before I want to explain my problem, I want to say: Excuse my English, I'm only learning the language :)

I was hoping to get help here, because I was just thinking about something:

Is there any way to get my FIFA 15 career mode on my PC to my FIFA 15 on the PS4? Because I just bought my new console & now it would be nice to continue my career mode there.

I was thinking about copying the career mode-file on my PC to my USB stick and then putting the file somewhere on my PS4-files for FIFA 15.

Does anyone have experience with things like this? I hope there is a possibility.

Pretty sure it's impossible. You would need to convert the files to PS4 format somehow and I don't think software like that exists.
