Great work chris!

would it be possible to increase the number of offers coming in from a player's home country? For example, I want to sell Podolski in my second season. And I want him to go to Germany, as that would be his ideal destination and I seem to get lots of offers but all from the Premier League. I wanted to know if this could be done. Also, as soon as I buy a player, I used to find it impossible to loan out the player within the same window. Would it be possible with this mod?

Yes i believe it is possible and its a good idea i might do this in a new update to make players more likely to transfer to a team from there own country, or just for the major 5 leagues.

Here i what i believe you need to change, go to your transfer.ini file and look for

//Germany to :
PLAYER_NATIONALITY_TRANSFER_TABLE_3_0 = 10 //England
PLAYER_NATIONALITY_TRANSFER_TABLE_3_1 = -20 //France
PLAYER_NATIONALITY_TRANSFER_TABLE_3_2 = -10 //Italy
PLAYER_NATIONALITY_TRANSFER_TABLE_3_3 = 25 //Germany

And increase the percentage number for Germany
then make sure to regenerate after.
You will have to test it because i have not edited this yet.

Where did you get the decrypted original vanilla files from?

i don't believe they are 15 files, 14 files that work with 15.

check the modding thread in the editing forum.

I know that, that is why I asked the question. He says he is using the vanilla files, just wanted to see where he got them from. They are hardly the vanilla files when technically they are the old engine, FIFA 14 files. BUT maybe i am being finicky.

really nice maybe you should start improving this like adding some scout improvement or and faster potential for players like beta is doing a career patch :)

This are the original/unmodified files from the game itself.
Since the (PC) encryption haven't been cracked, files from the Xbox 360 are included that have been decrypted.
Remember the Xbox 360 are not the 100% compatible with PC!

But can't really prove it, but I know this guy is 100% honest and trusted.
He never ever copied things in the past, as far as I can remember.

Will the teams be able to buy players around an amount from the money they got selling their biggest player? For example, the Sounders always buy Dempsey and always replace him with some 64 rated striker with only 2 growth. It would be great to see for example if the Sounders uses Dempsey's money to buy a better goalkeeper (up in the 70s) or maybe a better defender or something else along those lines.

Can someone tell me what the TRANSFERS_LEAGUE_BUCKETS do? What does the values mean? For example:
BUCKET_MED_LEAGUE_13_0=13

What does it mean?

Just came back to say thanks for all the hard work man. I finally got my team to the top of the BPL and now i can loan players and sell players. With vanilla files i can probably loan maybe 2 players now most of them get loaned or sold. Thanks so much for the patch man. Keep up the hard work.

Also most of the players are still with their original teams. Even Sterling is still with liverpool and they dont plan to sell haha. I'm at year 2020. Messi never left Barca and Ronaldo still at Real Madrid. I bought Rooney from Man United for 10 Mil at the age of 34. Now he will retire next season at my club !!!(My favorite player haha).

Can you make the player's value lower in your FIFA 14 Career Fix please ? Because the league i play the players aren't so expensive so yeah.
