No need to update i think this is great how it is, unless we have people requesting what they would like to see changed and discussions if there needs anything that can be improved then will consider updating.

how to get International offers from big teams(Germany,Brazil,Argentina etc) in first or second season? can it be done by modifying values?

Hey fist thanks for this mod, the transferactivity really increase so this works well, great work. I just have some problems with it, I noticed that small teams never buy players that actually increase the overall quality of their squad...this really bugs me. I mean take RB Leipzig for example they have a budget of 10.000.000, quite much fo a second division club in germany, but they never get promoted or get even close to promotion, because their team is so terrible even after some seasons (and I'm pretty sure this wouldn't change even if I increase their budget, with CM15, to stupid amounts). Also I noticed that all teams heavily favor strikers over any other type of player, sometimes teams end up with just one GK but 8 STs.
I took a short look on transfer.ini and transfers.ini, but couldn't figure out any solution to this sofar, any suggestions?
