Transferring PS3 FIFA 09 saved data to pc

Hey guys, I am trying to find a way to download FIFA 09 PC patches onto FIFA 09 on my PS3. I have read up on some interesting things stating that if you have a game save, then you can transfer your saved data to you computer if you have REDKAWA and a sd card or some sort of transferable memory, REDKAWA is a program that enables transfers of files. However, I want to know how to do this, as I am confused on how to transfer the patches of FIFA 09 PC version to FIFA 09 PS3 version. Can anyone help me? I am trying to add more leagues from pc patches, into fifa 09.
