Here is an interesting Stadium I found on the net:

Trolli Arena - Home Ground of SpVgg GreutherFürth eV (Stadium I.D.: 302).
Credits to Fifaplanet Forum - Downloads by FIFADome.
For instructions, please pay attention to the included ReadMe file.

It works fine both in FIFA14 & FIFA15 in game (tested).

Although you may know that already, here is a "classic" way to solve the glare issue:

i). You may take Fx glares from another stadium that works fine in FIFA'14,
2). copy-paste them in your desktop and change their I.D. to 302,
3). copy paste the new I.D. changed to your main FIFA directory folder (e.g. C:/Programme Files/.../Sceneassets/Fx),
4). regenerate

and everything works like charm...
