Trouble With Team Name After Install Patch

I have a trouble with the team's name after i installed a team patch, this team is LKS Lodz from Ekstraklasa, i installed it using USED PATCH ID, then i went to GENERIC option and i changed the NAME, SHORT NAME, FULL NAME because it appeared nothing, and i filled these fields, but then it appeared to me this

first, do you say I ALWAYS SEEM TO HAVE ISSUES?, i'm just needing help that's all, and i see you don't know me to say that
second, wierd you'll be, it's not the way to say the people
