First of all and if you don't already have it, you'll need Photoshop and DDS Utilities from here.
Do the following steps only at first time:
1. Download my FIFA16 CRESTS.psd file from here and my FIFA [CRESTS].atn from here.
2. Open FIFA16 CRESTS.psd.
3. Don't delete or rename any of existing layers. They'll need for FIFA [CRESTS].atn to work correctly. You can delete my example crest of course.
4. Go on menu Window and select Actions to open action tab (example1, example2).
5. Click on actions tab's option menu and select Load Actions (example).
6. Choose the FIFA [CRESTS].atn file and click OK.
7.FIFA [CRESTS] action is now installed (example).
8. Create your crest as you like but inside the borders.
Do the following steps every time you want to make a crest:
9. After you finish with your crest creation, you have to save it in dds format, in four different dimensions.
256x256, 52x52, 32x32 and 16x16. FIFA [CRESTS] action will do all the work for you.
10. Create four folders on your desktop or wherever you want and name them 256x256, 52x52, 32x32 and 16x16.
11. Go back to Photoshop and select the arrow at the left of FIFA [CRESTS] action. Then select GO and click on Play icon (example).
12. You'll get four different save windows. One for each dimension. Save your first dds file in 256x256 folder by the name l*.dds (* is your team id).
Do the same for the rest files in relevant folders (example).
13. Now copy the dds file from your 256x256 folder and paste once in FIFA 16\data\ui\imgAssets\crest\light folder and once in dark folder.
14. Copy the dds file from your 52x52 folder and paste once in FIFA 16\data\ui\imgAssets\crest50x50\light folder and once in dark folder.
15. Copy the dds file from your 32x32 folder and paste once in FIFA 16\data\ui\imgAssets\crest32x32\light folder and once in dark folder.
16. Copy the dds file from your 16x16 folder and paste once in FIFA 16\data\ui\imgAssets\crest16x16\light folder and once in dark folder.
17. Now, regenerate using FHL-BH-Editor and you are done!!!
