Hey Sims, is it necessary regenerate? My game crashes when i try to play the first friendly ... and after i did all the 3 step my game still start on june 1
any suggestions?

yes it is.
i think you have a bad database.. do you edit something on it?

I think you dont change the value from 2013 to 2014 on cmsettings.ini

I startup a career in 2014, in the transfer market ,I find much candidate who own the negative contract。
it's very easy to sign a superstar by free and will cause crash after the transfer perior,even just contact those player.


but if I play 2014 career in orgin database ,no crash happen when I sign a navative contract player.

I have no "cmsettings.ini" in the "C\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\FIFA 14\Game\dlc\dlc_FootballCompEng\dlc\FootballCompEng\data" folder.

I did the other 2 steps using CM 14 successfully. I'm also using ModdingWay's patch, Database 6.0.

you can download and unpack it (and pls move it to the right directory and do the changes)

As you know everyone is going modders updating the db's with this transfer window and still the ModdingWay launch its latest patch!
However, I had been testing some db's and always started my career in 2013 and after four hours looking for a compatible ModdingWay not found solution.
So I decided to do it my way, as everyone knows ModdingWay is installed via injection files.
Thinking about it I got the Mod:

- Better Career Patch - by: beta990

Edited ModdingWayInstaller for the injection of these files, as well as work and come here to share with you!
Everything is already set up, just put the files in the root folder of your game and start ModdingWayInstaller.

Hi, does anyone know how to "hide/disable" the instant replay box on FIFA 14 PC when viewing instant replays? You can do it on the console version, but I don't see an option for it on the PC version. I really want to do some screen shots of ingame but I am unable to do so with that annoying instant replay box still showing on the screen... and no I don't want to use EA's "screenshot maker". Low quality stuff...

Please help, and yes I had to post here as I am not yet allowed to make my own threads. Sorry!

I don't know if you can do that on PC, but a way to hide it would be to search for the graphic files and replace them with some transparent texture...
