Tutorial To Assign Real Face To Manager In Career Mode?

Hey!
Can anyone guide me through the process?
I have a career mode savegame, using Fidel's DB and Squads.
What do I have to do to have, say, Guardiola's real face instead of my crappy default one?.

I googled it and I also looked for a tutorial on Youtube but couldn't find it.
