you have to add .rx3 file of the skin to xyz/sceneassests/body folder too along with the skin image and regenarate.

Yeah and not only vegasos has problems with tattoos, I'm not new in FIFA and editing it (I'm playing in it from FIFA 2005 and to FIFA 12) but all your tattoos all editions from 1 to 3 and nothing works for me, no tattoos have been shown, I've changed db and added rx.3 files in sceneassests and regenareted but no tattoos in my game, I know a lot in FIFA structure but so simple thing like adding your tattoos don't work in my game at all, that's a pity.

I think the problem is in mantain expanded Data Base, I made a tatoo by myself, I didn't download any tatoos of this patch, and it works only once, while db was expanded, but if you make another edition, the db regenerates again or something like and the tatoo stops working
