Do FIFA 07 faces work directly, or do you have to convert them to UCL2005 format? What about stadiums? There was versions of Olympic Stadiums Rome & Munich converted to UCL 2005, but it is impossible to set as unique stadiums using the correct IDs (3 & 11)

Need to convert to CL 04-05 format.
I think stadiums must be assigned in the database.

@Dmitri Can you convert the hidden face for Sonny Anderson, Villareal player? He has secret/hidden face under ID 1624, but in-game ID is 146563.

I try to add glos part to FIFA2005 face texture, but it shows red/green with missing texture bug. BTW, I managed to add Lúcio face successfully.

@Dmitri & @Iliya_Samuel Do either of you know how to enable menu options for multiple languages? Like with language options at start of launch. I have all the commentary & EA Talk Radio for all 5 languages & I want to change between them (English, French, Spanish, Italian, German).

I tried editing locale.ini file with AVAILABLE_LANGS parameter & import into config.dat file - but no changes are recognised.

Life is very funny sometimes. A couple of days ago, I got the inch to work on the mods I had done for FIFA 2005 and Ch.L. 04-05 and I came across this thread.

I thought it was abandoned, but it was updated today!

I have a ton of mods myself. Just yesterday, I replaced the ugly EA Sports logos from the stands with Champions League Identities. You can also see the 2GA adboards and also the Real Madrid flags.

It's going to take me a while - if ever- to put everything together though.

Ideally, you should be able to add new stadiums. In practice, you can replace an old stadium with the ones you want.

There were only 3 stadiums converted to UCL 2004-2005: Olympic Stadiums Rome & Munich & Ali Samiyen (old Galatasaray stadium), each of them has FIFA ID: 3, 11 & 18.

Doesn't work in what way? I think when you put Language_Select=1 you select english. Try removing that and see if you get a language option at the start.

Regardless, what you want to do?

Do you want to listen to a different audio track, let's say replace English with German? Then substitute the German commentary for the English one at the game folder.

Do you want to listen to players names who don't have calls in one language but do in another? Then extract all commentary files in 5 different folders, take the player calls from each, put them in the folder of the language you listen to and reimport them to the big file.

I managed to fix it. Running in Administrator Mode solved the problem. I now have all 5 languages + commentary & Talk Radio.

EDIT: Does anyone know about the long number codes that appear in the stadium files? I think they are unique to each stadium ID.

@Dmitri Hi again, Can you convert the hidden Lucio face? Secret face ID is 41851 and real player ID is 107715. If you can't find the face in FIFA 06, I can send you the original FIFA 2005 files.

I upload to MediaFire Stadio Olimpico & Olympia Munich stadiums. Both overwrite Hamburg stadium, but if it will be possible to make their own files with IDs 3 for Munich & 11 for Stadio Olimpico, will be great to have them in-game!

So I've done some further investigating. I looked on YouTube for videos about FIFA Manager 06 and it has almost the same popup style like UCL 04-05:

I downloaded a version of the game & looking through the zdata files, they have a mix of the same filenames for face textures & different filetypes for face models.

Yes, FIFA Manager 06 and I think Fifa Manager 07 use the same game engine as FIFA 2005 and Ch.L. 04-05.

Having taken a closer look, I am bothered that you can't have 2ga kits because the game crushes. I ve ven tried 1.5ga, it still doesn't work. You could of course use 2ga kit just for your team. I think you can do 2ga banners though.

I also wish that we could convert all stadiums from other FIFA versions and even add more to the game. I wish I knew coding, because it shouldn't be hard for someone to reverse engineer the game that way.

You can use 512x1024 kits, but it must be non-compressed pixel format (8888, 565 or 4444)
