good game by saha. ole is a freaking legend. scholes was back on form and carrick stepped up in the 2nd half. defence was shaky, other than that all is good. park out for 3 months and giggs out for a month, that is sour.

If Giggs hadn't of pulled his hamstring at the same time as the goalkeeper challenged him, I very much doubt whether he would have gone down at all. Giggs is NOT a diver. The referee was unintentionally decieved by the incident, and in the heat of the moment it was perhaps understandable that he gave the penalty. If you pull a hamstring running at speed as did Giggs, you will go down like a sack of spuds. There is nothing you can do about that.

Rio Ferdinand needs to wake up. He simply does not seem to be able to concentrate throughout the 90 minutes of a football game, and his mistakes often costs the defence dear.

Explain to me how it wasn't a penalty. Boruc ran into Giggs. He fouled him in the box, penalty. Giggs went over rather easily, but he got injured there aswell so...i dunno.

Stone wall penalty though. Harsh yellow for the keeper.

probably got injured because he fell too hard after his dive.

riiiiittttteeee - if you bothered to take off those Sky Blue goggles, you'd see he didnt dive. his hamstring went on him and he hit the deck. was a penalty because the goalkeeper made contact. harsh but rules are rules (not that the ref enforced them particulary well.) you win some you lose some.

oh please. if that was Pippo Inzaghi you would be on his ass about being a no good diving **** in a second. give it up, Boruc put a finger on him, Giggs dove, ref was an idiot and gave the penalty.

your so right, giggs even faked getting injured, and is faking being out 3 weeks, you're an idiot. He pulled his hamstring as he ran past boruc.

You guys have to remember, you're talking to a Man City fan here.

It's not the first time he has been part of a bad defensive goal. If he hasn't learned from his previous mistakes, you think he will start now??

Oh and if you guys wanna see a real dive, check out the penalty call on the arsenal-hamburg game. Now that's a dive...
