Well I think that dosen't really matter because you are sharing shareware songs. and that's illegal.
I don't know if there ever were a problem with thing like this in history of fifa editing but nevertheless you should br very careful.

Man, you have to take into consideration this: all we do in patching is not so legal... Do kitmakers ask for rights to use puma,nike,etc logos? Or maybe to use chants? Yes, you are right when you say that we have to be very careful especially with songs. However the truth is that you will never see a singer or a producer or nike or puma coming and downloading our patches, so risks in this case are very very few. Even EA SPORTS could denounce all sites that make illegal patches (like commentaries one) and it does not make anything

Ale Twoje kits sa naprawde fajne, szkoda ze nie zrobilesz kitspack'ow dla wszytkie siesznasty druzny ktore beda grac na Euro w tym roku. Z bardzo duza chcech chial bym ich uzywac na moj patch!

ITALY: Home, Away
HOLLAND\NETHERLAND: Home, Away, GK
POLAND: Home, Away, GK
RUSSIA: Home, Away, GK
SPAIN: Home, Away
SWEDEN: Home, Away, GK
SWITZERLAND: Home, Away, GK
These are kits we have already made and that are at least home+away. Then we have made some other kits of other teams, but if you want to do the other teams pack, do it
The problem is that we have to finish kits for Tuesday
