UEFA EURO Patches Collection (2004, 2008 & 2012)

I was doing the management team for each team of Euro 2008 Tournament.
May I report a "bug"?
Arda Turan, from Turkey is duplicated in the patch, what may I do for fix it?

The patch is perfect, Netherlands corrected well... But the "new" stadiums doesn't work, the original works well

I have managed to not only install mods for EURO 2012, but also to unify @RobbieD_PL mod with Moddingway's kits, so I have all licensed teams and kits

My patch had all licensed 2012 UEFA kits taken from 2014 WC game: Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Bosnia, Finland, Iceland, Israel, Slovenia & Switzerland.

But now there are for all teams. Even Andorra or San Marino.

Oh, and Bulgarian GK has got no. 7 for some reason.

@RobbieD_PL I have installed your EURO 2008 add-on. Everything is great...except stadiums.
What happened to them?
