UEFA Nations League question

Hey Guys I just have a question.
Since UEFA has made the UEFA Nations League, is it possible to recreate this competition in FIFA 16? Im thinking the actual structure of the leagues could be done but the promotion and relegation could wreck career mode.
Anyway just an idea thanks guys

I would be interested to make this tournament. But you also have to think that it inserts into UEFA EURO 2020 qualification and the final tournament as well.
