i had numerous problems when i downloaded ultima 2003 .... i had dozens of patches .... so i just re installed the whole game and ultima 2003 worked perfectly ! ..... the thing is that i had a lot of patches . after i re installed the game , i saw that i had put some gameplay fix , crowds ...nothing happened ....ultima 2003 worked perfectly !

i think the problem is that ultima 2003 must be clashing with some other rosters or patches we've installed ...just check out ppl cos i think some roster patches are effecting OR even the XGK kits might be affecting it ,cos its still ther before u reinstall the game .so it can be the those xgk kits must be clashing with shlomy's kits.

that you must uninstall the game completlly to avoid problems.

WHY DO PPL ALWAYS HAVE TO JUST SAY WHATZ WRONG OR WHAT COULD B IMPROVE, THIS PATCH IS THE BEST PATCH I EVER DOWNLOADED IT WORKS GREAT!! 4 ME IF U FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO INSTALL IT THEN U SHOULDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, THE ONLY THING THAT ITS WRONG IS THE AUDIO STRING SOMETIMES WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE WHY THEREZ A LOT OF NEW TEAMS BUT THATS A MINOR sh** OTHER THAN THAT THE PATCH ITS GREAT!!

i just want to say that i uninstalled, remove all fifa wc folders, then reinstalled, then installed ultima following every step and well ......

.... seaman is everywhere.

BUT IN ENGLISH VERSION OF WC 2002 ULTIMA WORKS PERFECT BUT IN GREEK VERSION THE PROBLEMS ARE STILL THERE- the teams are the some as in WC (England, Brazil, etc) and the players Foul of SEAMAN and same from WC . iS SOMETHINK WRONG WITH THE VERSION ? IS IT WORKS WITH THE ENGLISH ONLY ? IS SOMETHING THAT I HAVE TO CHANGE LIKE fcdb_eng.dbi TO fcdb_grk.dbi OR SOMETHINK ELSE????????????????????????????????

when installing the game, at the begining,
the CPU asks you which languege you choose.
choose English and not Greek.

Hi,
I completly removed WC 2002 from my hard drive then installed the Ultima patch with no problems!

I've only played a handful of games with Man Utd and the only problem I've seen so far is the kit clashing. When I played Man Utd against Real Madrid, they were both wearing a white kit which obviously causes a problem. Are all of the teams switched? Anyway, I'm sure you are addressing this matter. I did go into the kit.big file and switched Man Utd's kits back to normal so I got past the problem against Real.

Well, the visuals are amazing. Most of the faces are incredible and spot on! I have to admit that Ole Solskaer(sp?) doesn't really look like him but most others are amazingly accurate even though I've only really played with Man Utd. Someone else already mentioned that some of the WC graphics are still there in the menus and such but no big deal to me!

I noticed that most of the commentary is from the WC portion of the game. I'm assuming it is because you just altered it from within the game files. The reason I mention this is while playing with Man Utd, I didn't hear anything which reflected players who were not actually in the WC. An example being Giggs where I never heard his name mentioned I assume because he wasn't actually in the WC game. Am I correct on this one? Just wondering if the commentary can be altered in a future patch.
Not a big deal to me because some of the commentary can be monotonous and/or useless.

Is it possible for me to reload the WC game in a separate folder just for the WC? In other words, I just reloaded the game with your patch and I want to load the game again so I can play both the WC or Ultima 2003 separately at my choosing. Will there be any conflicting issues between the two games or will I just have to worry about taking up twice as much hard drive space to have both games loaded at once?

One last thing. I know there were a couple of group randomizers going around. Do you have a suggestoin as to where I can find one that works if it does indeed work while using your patch?

Well, I'm off to try out a few more games with your awesome patch. Once again, you should be commended on all of your hard work. This patch makes me feel like I finally got my money's worth from this game which, before your patch, was average at best with just the WC tournament. Now I've got two games in one making it twice as nice! Peace.

WC 2002 with Ultima Patch probably wont be that different from FIFA 2003 :rolleyes:

If EA made something like that, they'd call it FIFA Dream League and sell it for 40 bucks :kader: :p

you could seriously charge money for it :crazyboy:

Great patch

Just wanted to record my thanks to The True. Worked fine after I re-installed the original game. Has given the game a new lease of life and given me something to keep playing until Fifa 2003 comes out. Well done that man.

* as for the kit clashing between Man U and Real Madrid,
I know all about it, but still it's not like they both wear all-white
so you can't see which teams is which,
it's one all white and the other with black shorts and socks.
but anyway, I'm working with Hedgehog on an update
which will fix that too.
(plus I'm thinking of making new groups with the update)

* Solskjer face was published by Chris few weeks ago
and seems to get excellent responses, but maybe while converting it
from FIFA2002 to WC, it lost some of it authenticy.

* as for playing with original WC configiretion plus with the ULTIMA.
you should try the Sweetpatch MRA utillity for WC,
which allows you to have as many patches as you like
at the same time.
I still have'nt checked if the ULTIMA is MRA compiliant

* as for adding commentary for some players,
since it's pretty heavy on the Kb, I've decided to add players names
only for teams who don't have many players commentated.
Man U for example have 90% of the players name commentated, so...

How can we change the teams kit between home and away bacause Olympiakos kits are opposite . Also in Greek version there is only one language . Any other suggestions

sb9dragon you can't see the faces because hhead***.rav files are not installed at all!!!! Think you missed out that installation step shlomy..:) I had this funny feeling when salas had a flat headshape and i went to check it out more and found out all hhead***.rav files are not installed...

Yim, on my personal PC I have the actual patch everybody download,
I've download it as everybody else, and simply installed it.
and all the faces are there...

I have no idea why he doesn't see the faces.
however he could install it again (without removing or anything,
just run the installation of the patch again)

I cant play with the ultima 2003 after install, after selecting the side, and press ok, when the game start to load, it jump out to the window!!
