UniDB tutorial

Ive searched the forums, but can't find anything relevant.
I want to move some of the lower league teams from league to league depending on promotion and relegation, as the current crop of rooster updates don't do this for the lower teams in the English Leagues.

Can someone point me to a tutorial how I can do this myself with UniDB, because all those fields of numbers look a bit confusing and I cant see where the team ID relates to the leauge ID to change.

Am I also right in believing there isn't yet a DBedit that works with FIFA 2005?

Sorted it now. UniDB is actually simple to use!

Is there anyway you can start with a team not in the lowest leauge?
I want to start with a team in English League 1, not 2.

I know there are career hacks around, but this just puts that team you want to start with in the lowest league, correct me if Im wrong.

Any help appreiciated.
