what stuff is actually unlockable in the PC version of Fifa 2003?
At the moment I have unlocked all the stadiums and I don't know what else I can go for. Also is there any practise mode like in previous Fifas where you can practice free kicks and corners?

sorry, there is a training mode but it sucks!!!

to unlock it open soccer.ini in your main FIFA2003 folder and paste this line @ the bottom:

PRACTICE_MODE = 1

Maybe a patch to unlock Dutch League, I created it with League ID 25, 26 (D2) and 27 (Cup), I created teams with correct teams ID (640 for NEC Nijmegen, 641 RKC, 642 Roda JC, etc..) but it doesn't appears in the game

Is it possible to add it by hex editing ? If yes maybe can you make it, I'm not good enough in hex editing (i'm learning since 3 months so If you can, I can send you my dbi file with created teams with correct ID numbers

You have to overwrite a league.

Adding leagues (not tournament with league format) is NOT POSSIBLE (yet...).

Yes, you cannot enable that league, since it is hard coded in .exe

And what about balls ??? There Fevernova and Tango but we can't select them to play
