It is not a real competition. It replaces friendlies so that strong teams face teams of sibling level. In this way you have a more balanced ranking. Earlier Germany scored 10 goals at San Marino scored more points than Spain beating England 1-0 at Wembley. Now no longer. So, it's just a friendly tournament that's good for ranking.

Germany scored 10 goals against San Marino in the qualifying round for the Euro, if I remember correctly.
But hey, at least we can watch Andorra's matches against San Marino or any other Liechtenstein more often.


...which doesn't mean we have to add these teams

The tournament was created because ranking points were not awarded fairly in friendlies. If Germany or Italy or England play and score 10 goals per game against Andorra, San Marino and Liechtenstain I would take more points than Scotland beating Holland, Belgium, and France 1-0. Scotland should be rewarded for doing an epic thing. Instead they also counted how many goals you scored. But if I play against San Marino or Gibraltar you already have an advantage over playing against France or the Netherlands. That's why this stupid and useless tournament was created ... It was enough to change the ranking criteria ...

tournament useless perhaps, but it must be recognized that this resulted in superb matches. And the configuration in a specific geographic region gives it a real tournament side anyway. however, your work on the official patch as on this one is so sublime that we can't blame you for making choices. Why not the club world cups starting with that of 2000? :)

Hello everyone,
I tried to reassign some modern players to their real FIFA ID to make the addon more compatible with future patch versions/graphical updates...
The problem is that modern players have ids that are already assigned in the Classic Patch for older players.
Example : Eder Militao has the same ID as Ilie Barbulescu, a player from the 80s (240130).

This is a worrying issue for the patch itself as duplicated ids between created and modern players will be more and more frequent :bwtf:

Maybe a solution is to include graphics (at least everything that concerns players) into compressed archives per decades as databases are :confused:

We need to organize. I am currently launched on the 1920s database which is occupying a lot of Player IDs. If you can make a list of players who require ID changes, I will assign new IDs to those players by Christmas. I can't first. I have to evaluate the IDs for 20s players. Each team is eating about 10-20 IDs on average.

Can you check Messi hairstyle also face of 2012-2016 he has a beard and he in that season hadn't.

In 2011 and 2012 he wears a fringe with mid haircut
In 2013 to 2014 also a bit fringe but a short haircut
In 2015 to 2018 he wears a upwards hairstyle without the beard .

Also could you add Real Betis 2015-2020 period please?
