When opposite team makes a substitution in manger mode the game ends and fifa shuts down.. What do I do?

generic head and hair problem....it happened to me also....all u have to do is open DBM 10 then open the database and go to the players and go to hairtypecode.now click on hairtypecode then replace code 113,114,115,116,117 by 108[only for now].this will fix the problem

Also, I m not sure if it is the problem with me or everyone else..
When I started manager mode with an epl team it gives me only fa and capital one cup games , there is no premier league game in calender.. Not sure if i did something wrong or what happened....?

MM10 installed successfully but gives error while launch

I tried re-installing several times..

clean registry by any registry cleaner,install directx 9,install net frame work
