I can say what you do to make difference with somebodys models,but you know it yourself.
The only improvement is update head to new head model....
If you really want to update someone's model you need to make necessary improvements,not to make difference from other facemekers

erase the expression lines around the mouth, also a little bot the line below the eyes, and try to make cleaner the face, with not so much wrinkles and make the model more square, and if you can use the beard from this picture

You can really improve the side part. But the FRONT part is almost the best of others - you've caught the view and expression very cool. Don't spoil this version - make a backup before continue!
