Well today you all got what was coming a boring Arsenal who defended for 90+minutes. Wenger is a legend. He had to readjust his stats for the european stage and go 4-5-1.

Arsenal played awful, but IMO they deserved to go through, as they didnt really get in trouble during the match, a header by Franco, a shot by Forland and the penalty. You could see about Riquelme's body language,that he wasnt gonna score that penalty btw. He looked much too insecure.

Arsenal deserved to go through based on their home match, but yesterdays' match was boring, I can understand why Wenger wants to play this way, but Villareal doesn't have the most dangerous attack in football, so I wonder how they will play against Barca/Milan. IMO Villareal deserved atleast extra time, they were the only ones playing football
